Copying a Form Between Applications

To copy a form from one application to another within the same space, copy the form definition.

  1. Open the original form in the form editor.

  2. Click on the Form definition icon.

  3. The form definition window will open.

  4. Press CTRL + A to select all the text in the form definition and CTRL + C to copy it.

  5. Go to the other application configuration of the other application and select Create.Create_form.png

  6. Choose Default layout. default_layout.png

  7. Open the form definition (like in step 2 above) and erase all the text.

  8. Right-click with your mouse and select Paste, or the keyboard shortcut CTRL + V to paste the original form definition.

  9. Click on Apply and then save the form.
